  • ✓ Mark secure email comments visible to clientsComments left on a secure email can now be toggled visible-to-client or kept internal only.
  • ✓ Project Template refinementsTemplates can now be created without requiring a team leader or team members.
  • ✓ Import RefinementsThe import wizard has clearer wording for similar-name detection.
  • ✓ Session timeout noticeYou're now told why you were signed out when your session expires from inactivity.
  • ✓ Clearer internal project labelingProject, task, and file creation screens now explain more clearly what marking a project "Internal" means for client visibility.
Client Side
  • ✓ Upload files directly to a project The "Upload a File" quick upload button can now upload straight into one of your ongoing projects, not just the general File Dropbox.
  • ✓ Refreshed interfaceAdditional UI updates across the client portal to make it easier to use.

  • ✓ Sync from Client Track Firms migrating from Client Track can now sync their contacts, companies, and projects directly into Fusion Workflow.
  • ✓ Attach files to an existing secure emailYou can now add files to a secure email thread after it's already been sent, without starting a new one.
  • ✓ Admins can view deleted commentsAdded a toggle for admins to see deleted comments, including when they were deleted.

  • ✓ Refreshed email UI General interface updates to make the client portal easier to use.

August 10–14, 2026

Team Side
  • ✓ Outlook integration Added Outlook integration to Fusion Workflow, allowing you and your team members to send emails through your personal Outlook account instead of our email delivery system.
  • ✓ Team calendar refinementsContinued improvements to the shared calendar view for viewing multiple team members at once.
  • ✓ Team leader always notified on commentsProject comment notifications now always reach the team leader, even when other notification rules would otherwise skip them.
Client Side
  • ✓ File DropboxThe ability to upload files directly from the navigation bar to a designated Dropbox folder.
  • ✓ Skip files in Document RequestsOnce the client uploads a single file, they have the option to skip other files / mark the request as compeleted.
  • ✓ Always up to dateThe client portal now refreshes itself automatically when a new version is released — no action needed on your end.

  • ✓ @mention teammates in commentsTag a team member directly in a comment to loop them in instantly.
  • ✓ View every team member's calendar at onceAdmins can now see all team calendars together, or choose specific team members to compare side by side.
  • ✓ File explorer refreshVisual polish to the file browser for easier, faster navigation.
