Fusion Workflow's AI chatbot is powered by ChatGPT and is currently used only to help users generate project structures and project content based on prompts entered by the user.
The AI chatbot exists to help users generate projects within Fusion Workflow. Its current purpose is limited to creating project output from prompts the user provides inside the system.
It is not currently used for client messaging, profiling, automated decision-making, or general access to user accounts or files.
Fusion Workflow sends the prompt entered by the user and the supporting template context needed to generate the requested project output.
Fusion Workflow does not intentionally provide personal data to the AI chatbot. The system is designed so that personal data is not included as part of the template context used for project generation.
Users should avoid entering personal, confidential, or sensitive information into AI prompts unless and until Fusion Workflow explicitly supports that use case with additional controls.
Prompt data and generated output are used only to fulfill the user's request to create projects within Fusion Workflow. We use that information to return the requested project draft and to operate the AI generation feature within the product.
Fusion Workflow does not use this AI prompt data for advertising, user profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.
Fusion Workflow's AI project generation experience is guided by our project templates and related internal template structures. Those templates are used to help the chatbot return project outputs that align with how Fusion Workflow organizes work.
The chatbot's role in the system is functional and limited: it helps generate projects as prompted by the user.
