How Fusion Workflow uses Google data
Fusion Workflow uses and transfers information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Our Google integration is used to let authorized users send emails from their own Gmail accounts inside Fusion Workflow.
Limited Use Compliance Statement
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. What information may be accessed
When a user chooses to connect a Google account, Fusion Workflow may access only the data needed to deliver the feature that the user requested and authorized. For Fusion Workflow, that feature is sending emails from the user's Gmail account.
- ✓Basic account details such as name, email address, and account identifier.
- ✓Outbound email details provided by the user for sending, such as recipient addresses, subject line, message body, and attachments the user chooses to send. Fusion Workflow does not read inbox messages or mailbox contents.
- ✓Technical metadata strictly necessary to authenticate the connection, submit the message to Gmail, and confirm delivery or sending status.
2. How that information is used
Google-sourced data is used only to provide the Gmail sending functionality that the user requested. That includes authenticating the connected Google account, preparing the email selected by the user, sending that email through Gmail, and maintaining the connection required for that authorized workflow.
Fusion Workflow does not use Google user data for unrelated purposes. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences, marketing profiles, or unrelated product analytics.
Fusion Workflow does not provide data from Google Workspace APIs to its AI features and does not use that data to train, improve, or operate generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
3. Limited use commitments
Data received from Google APIs is handled under a least-access, least-use approach. Fusion Workflow does not use restricted Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, to serve ads, or to support data brokerage activity.
Where AI or machine learning features are used elsewhere in Fusion Workflow, raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs remains subject to these Limited Use restrictions and is not used to create, train, or improve generalized or foundational AI or machine learning models.
Access is limited to the services and personnel needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the Gmail sending functionality authorized by the user, and only where that access is appropriate and necessary.
4. Sharing and disclosure
Fusion Workflow does not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated external organizations.
Data may be processed by infrastructure or service providers acting on Fusion Workflow's behalf only to the extent required to run the service securely and reliably. In the Gmail sending workflow, this may include handling the message data required to transmit an email the user has instructed Fusion Workflow to send. Disclosure may also occur when legally required, such as in response to valid legal process or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fusion Workflow, its users, or others.
5. Security, retention, and deletion
Fusion Workflow applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss.
Google-connected data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the authorized Gmail sending feature, satisfy operational requirements, or comply with applicable law. Users may request deletion of applicable Google user data by contacting support@fusionworkflow.com.
6. User control and revocation
Users control whether Fusion Workflow may access their Google account through Google's authorization flow. That access can be revoked at any time through the user's Google account settings.
Revoking access will prevent Fusion Workflow from continuing to send emails through Gmail using the previously granted authorization. Questions about this disclosure may be sent to support@fusionworkflow.com.
7. Related policies
This disclosure is intended to supplement Fusion Workflow's broader privacy and legal materials. For additional details, review our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
