Fusion Workflow may collect information that you voluntarily provide when using our website or services, such as your name,
email address, company information, and other information necessary to provide our services. We may also automatically collect
certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access, referring pages, and information
about how visitors use our website.
2. Google Analytics
Fusion Workflow uses Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and how visitors use our website. Google Analytics
may collect information such as pages visited, approximate geographic information, browser and device information, traffic
sources, and interactions with our website.
We use this information for website analytics, traffic measurement, and to understand and improve the performance and usability
of our website. We do not use Google Analytics to sell personal information or to serve targeted advertising.
Google Analytics is provided by Google. Information collected through Google Analytics is handled in accordance with Google's
applicable policies and terms.
3. Google user data
Fusion Workflow may access certain Google user data when a user connects their Google account to Fusion Workflow or authorizes
Fusion Workflow to interact with Google services.
Depending on the permissions granted by the user, this may include the user's Google account email address, account identification
information, and email information required to send emails on the user's behalf.
Fusion Workflow only accesses Google user data that is necessary to provide the functionality requested and authorized by
the user.
4. How we use Google user data
Fusion Workflow uses Google user data solely to provide functionality requested by the user. In particular, Google user
data may be used to send emails on behalf of the user through Google's email services.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, targeted marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the functionality
authorized by the user.
We do not sell Google user data.
5. Sharing and disclosure of Google user data
Fusion Workflow does not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties.
Google user data is not shared with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or other external organizations. Google user
data may only be disclosed where required by law, legal process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety
of Fusion Workflow, our users, or others.
Google user data is used only within Fusion Workflow and the Google services necessary to provide the functionality authorized
by the user.
6. Data protection and security
Fusion Workflow takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Google user data against unauthorized
access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Google authentication credentials and authorization tokens are handled using appropriate security controls and are not stored
or disclosed in plain text for purposes other than providing the authorized functionality.
Access to Google user data within Fusion Workflow is restricted to authorized systems and personnel where necessary to operate,
maintain, and support the service.
7. Retention and deletion of Google user data
Fusion Workflow retains Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the functionality authorized
by the user or to satisfy legitimate legal or operational requirements.
Users may request deletion of their Google user data at any time by contacting us at
support@fusionworkflow.com.
Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Fusion Workflow will delete the applicable Google user data from its systems, subject
to any information that must be retained to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Users may also revoke Fusion Workflow's access to their Google account through their Google Account settings. Revoking access
prevents Fusion Workflow from accessing Google data through the previously granted authorization.
8. User control
Users control whether Fusion Workflow is authorized to access their Google account. Authorization is granted by the user
through Google's authorization process, and users may revoke that authorization at any time through their Google Account
settings.
For questions regarding Google user data, or to request deletion of Google user data, please contact
support@fusionworkflow.com.
9. Cookies
Fusion Workflow uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, and understand

This Privacy Policy applies to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website and regarding information
shared and/or collected there. It does not apply to information collected offline or through channels other than this website
unless specifically stated otherwise.
12. Future advertising and promotional partnerships
Fusion Workflow may introduce advertising, sponsorship, or other promotional partnerships in the future. If we do so, this
Privacy Policy will be updated to describe the information practices applicable to those services and any relevant third
parties.
Any future advertising or promotional activities will be conducted separately from Google user data obtained through Google
APIs. Fusion Workflow will not sell, transfer, or use Google user data for serving advertisements, including personalized,
targeted, interest-based, or retargeted advertising, except where expressly permitted by applicable Google policies and with
any required user consent.
13. Consent & updates

updated on August 27, 2026. If we update, amend, or make changes to our Privacy Policy, those changes will be posted here.
