You can cancel your annual or monthly subscription of Fusion Workflow at any time, without any obligation. Also, you can cancel your subscription with us within the first 30 days of initially subscribing and you will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with our product.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you must notify us by email 5 days prior to the next scheduled subscription payment date to give us time to cancel the payment for your subscription prior to being processed and to deactivate your account.
NOTE: We will not issue refunds or credits for any annual or monthly subscription payments where you initially notified us of cancellation after any payment was processed. You must notify us 5 days prior to any subscription payment, whether it is an annual or monthly subscription payment.
